Financial
Stability: We
project once the Learning Center reaches 50% capacity it will pay all
its own
expenses. As it grows we will have the option of allowing it to
contribute to
the future Worship Center.

construction of the 24,526 sq. foot 730 seat Worship Center to include
the
following:

- Finished
asphalt parking lot
- Landscaping
- Sprinkler
system/fire alarm system
- Sound
system
- Lighting

- Video/video
production suite
- All
supplies necessary to set up the offices
Financial
Stability: In
order for us to break ground on this facility we would need to find a
buyer for
our current worship center and raise a minimum of $500,000 to put down
on the
project. Then, to maintain a property of this size our giving would have
to
increase to and average $15,000 per week. At our current growth trend
this is
completely feasible as long as everyone does their part.
